We are an online agency hiring 5–10 remote chat assistants to help manage incoming messages and basic customer replies for social media accounts.
Compensation
- $200–$2,000 per month, depending on hours and performance
- Paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App
- Performance-based bonuses available
Responsibilities
- Reply to incoming messages using pre-written templates
- Guide users to a provided link or page
- Maintain polite, professional conversations
- No calling, no sales
Schedule
- Fully remote
- Flexible hours
- Part-time: ~30–60 minutes/day
- Full-time: ~2–3 hours/day
Requirements
- PC or laptop
- Stable internet connection
- Basic English communication skills
- No prior experience required
