We are looking for someone who treats every customer with the utmost care. This is a long-term role at a growing company, and we invest in our people and promote from within.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer tickets in Zendesk (full training provided)
Details:
- 100% remote
- 3 shift options: mornings, evenings, or weekends
- 40 hours per week
- All software and tools provided
Requirements:
- Flawless written English (10/10)
- Reliable internet connection
- Someone who genuinely cares about making customers feel taken care of
- Zendesk or Shopify experience is a strong plus but not required
- This is a long-term role, with a pay raise available after a few months
