About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Cold call brand owners and founders.
• Qualify leads.
• Close retainer deals.
• Utilize provided leads and pitch framework.

Compensation:

• 10% commission on the first month's retainer for each closed deal.
• Retainer deals range from $2,000–$5,000/month, resulting in $200–$500 per client earned.
• Payments are issued immediately upon client payment.

Example Earnings:

• Closing 5 deals per month: $1,000–$2,500
• Closing 10 deals per month: $2,000–$5,000

Requirements

• B2B cold calling or agency/SaaS sales experience.
• Comfortable communicating directly with founders and marketing heads.
• This is a commission-only position.
