About the Role

We build AI agents that run real operations. Humans talk to our agents to run commercial real estate: leases, contractors, invoicing, and accounting. We are live in production across several European jurisdictions, with real customers and real money.

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to own a client-facing use case end-to-end. You will be a strong backend engineer who also acts as the face of the team to the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Talk to clients directly and often. Pull requirements out of messy conversations, explain tradeoffs, and own the relationship.
  • Turn jurisdiction-specific lease rules, tax and accounting mappings, and client-specific workflows into tools our agents call.
  • Ship to production in your first month and maintain the systems thereafter.

Requirements

We are looking for the following, in order of priority:

  1. Self-driven, real ownership: You will have a lot of freedom and support, but the use case is yours end-to-end—nobody will be feeding you tickets.
  2. Excellent English and customer-facing experience: You will be on client calls every week.
  3. Serious backend experience: You have shipped and operated production systems and can work as the only engineer in the room. We use AI tools heavily, but we don't "vibe code": your engineering judgment and review are what make the code shippable, and you own what you merge.
  4. LLM experience: Experience with LLM agents in production, or the ability to ramp up fast. This includes tool calling, evals, and knowing when a plain deterministic tool beats a model call.

  • Containers and CI/CD
  • RBAC and auditing
  • LangChain/LangGraph
  • Operator or consulting background

Compensation
