We are looking for someone to work on the maintenance and evolution of our internal systems, with a focus on integrations and serving business areas such as Commercial, CX, CS, and Marketing. This position will be an important link between technology and operations, helping to transform business needs into practical, scalable, and well-structured solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with business areas to understand needs and help prioritize demands.
- Monitor requests and incidents related to internal systems, ensuring visibility, organization, and deadlines in deliveries.
- Maintain clear communication with internal clients regarding the progress of calls, problems, and improvements.
- Administer HubSpot, including configuring pipelines, workflows, properties, and native automations.
- Implement and monitor integrations with other platforms, such as Blip, Zoho, Trebble, APIs, and WhatsApp Business.
- Investigate systemic behaviors, failures, and integration problems through the analysis of logs and technical evidence.
- Act in the management of partners and external consultancies, monitoring SLAs and the quality of deliveries.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, seeking more efficiency, scalability, and better use of systems.
Requirements
- Experience with HubSpot administration and configuration.
- Experience with integrations between systems, such as Blip, Zoho, Trebble, APIs.
- Knowledge of solutions with WhatsApp Business API.
- Experience with demand management tools, such as Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
- Good communication and ease of interacting with different areas and levels of the company.
- Consultative profile, with the ability to understand the business need and translate it into a technical solution.
- Analytical ability to investigate problems, identify causes, and support resolution.
- Experience in monitoring suppliers and consultancies.
- Experience in environments with Kanban, Scrum, or other agile practices.

Work Mode
- Technology (Security, Engineering, and Data Science): 100% Home Office;
- Product (Design, Fraud Prevention, and BI): 3 days in the office and 2 days in home office;
