Summary

The client is seeking a skilled professional with a focus on Peoplesoft and Oracle experience. The successful candidate will support the implementation, enhancement, and long-term maintenance of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM). You will serve as the functional lead representing Finance and Enterprise Applications during solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional workstreams supporting Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and EDM.
  • Partner with Finance leadership, Oracle Consulting, and IT to design scalable solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle ERP Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Procurement, Expenses, Projects).
  • Administer Oracle EDM, including Chart of Accounts management, hierarchy management, and governance workflows.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
  • Lead solution design, configuration reviews, and functional validation.
  • Develop and execute test scripts (SIT, UAT, and regression testing).
  • Coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud release impact assessments.
  • Support integrations between Oracle ERP, EPM, third-party systems, payroll, and data warehouses.
  • Provide support for Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Basic Scheduling.
  • Mentor functional analysts and business users on best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, and financial controls.

Requirements

  • Must-Haves:
    • Peoplesoft experience combined with Oracle experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 7+ years of Oracle ERP implementation and support experience.
    • 5+ years supporting Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
    • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
    • Understanding of enterprise master data governance, Chart of Accounts design, and financial hierarchy management.
    • Knowledge of Oracle Financial Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred:
    • Master's Degree.
    • Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Certification.
    • Oracle EPM certification.
    • PMP certification.

Additional HCM Responsibilities & Skills

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting).
  • Perform gap analysis and propose system enhancements.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using Oracle HCM data.
  • Assist with data migration activities, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
  • Experience: 2–3 years as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Technical Knowledge: Oracle Fusion Cloud, system integrations, and data migration.
