About the Role
Ours Privacy is building the marketing infrastructure healthcare has been missing. We are developing a privacy-first Customer Data Platform (CDP) and consent management platform in one product, enabling healthcare marketers to run effective campaigns while ensuring patient data security.
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will own our AWS platform end-to-end. You will work on high-volume event pipelines that feed dozens of third-party destinations where data correctness is critical.
Responsibilities
- Manage AWS infrastructure including Lambda, Kinesis, SQS, Fargate, and DynamoDB.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Ensure pipeline reliability through retries, idempotency, DLQs, and backpressure management.
- Manage CI/CD processes and improve developer experience.
- Maintain observability and controls to support our HIPAA and SOC 2 posture.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in software or platform engineering.
- Deep expertise in AWS.
- Proven experience debugging streaming systems under load.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js.
- Ability to thrive in a small team with a large surface area and high autonomy.
