About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Caretaker to join our Estates Team with Penrose Learning Trust. Claydon Campus encompasses both Claydon High School and Claydon Primary School.
You will work closely with our Premises Manager and Estate Team to ensure that we are fully compliant in all matters concerning Health and Safety. You will also receive training and support to develop your knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing repairs and oversee contractors.
- Assist with school events and waste management.
- Ensure safety records are completed and up to date.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment where students and staff can thrive.
- Work on a rolling shift pattern (to be discussed and agreed upon at the interview stage).
