Recently in the coffee break:
Linda: "Not much going on here. With so many open topics, it would be nice to get more support from great new colleagues. The shortage of skilled workers is already noticeable for us."
Joachim: "Sure. We are still small and unknown, at least in Germany. People with a technical background and good German language skills would be an important support for our growth plans."
Linda: "Definitely. These don't necessarily have to be university graduates. A good education with experience is just as valuable. Decisive for us is the willingness to continue training. There is no educational hierarchy with us. The university graduate does not automatically have more stripes on his shoulder than the trained computer scientist."
Joachim: "Exactly. However, it plays a role for the salary, together with age and professional experience. And our many benefits such as bAV, kindergarten allowance, etc. are available to everyone. Regarding full-time or part-time, we are flexible."
Linda: "What about language skills? The communication in German and English must work, just for the conversations with our headquarters in Zagreb. We find that out on site."
Joachim: "What do you mean?"
Linda: "Well, our usual application process. First interview with the bosses, Peter and you, the second time 'sniffing out' the team, and if everything fits, getting to know the Croatian colleagues to get a feel for CROZ as a whole. After all, it is much more important to us that the personality fits us than any skill profile."
Joachim: "You mean getting to know Vedrana and the other bosses, our cool team spirit, how the people are and so on? Definitely. That's what makes us special."
Linda: "And also the current projects. So the lead from Germany and the cooperation with the people in Croatia, Serbia etc."
Joachim: "Of course, we want to grow here in Munich with CROZ DACH so that in the future we always have at least one person who speaks good German for all typical roles or skills."
Linda: "Exactly. And for that to work, we need people to apply. And for that we need job postings."
Joachim: "But please no lists! We don't want to see three lists like they appear in every job posting. 'We offer, you bring, these are your tasks.' Everyone thinks: 'My house, my car, my boat.'"
Linda: "I agree with you completely. But how do we do it then?"
Joachim: "A simple conversation. Communication is, as always, the key."
