We're hiring a Founding AI Infrastructure Engineer to build AI-powered internal systems across laboratory operations, compliance, logistics, procurement, documentation, and intellectual property.
We're looking for engineers who enjoy automating messy, real-world workflows and building reliable systems that help organizations move faster. A blend of startup and big tech experience is desired.
Relevant Experience
- Internal tools and workflow automation
- APIs and systems integrations
- LLMs in production
- OCR, document processing, and knowledge systems
- Platform, backend, or infrastructure engineering
Compensation
- Salary: $150k–$220k+
- Equity: Meaningful equity package
