About the Role

Pairio is a native macOS app for real-time screen sharing, built for people who work together. Our product allows users to share their screen, while teammates can draw on it and take over the keyboard. We focus on a "one-click to call" experience with no links or invites required. We are a team of four founders based in Amsterdam running a healthy, profitable business.

Responsibilities

You will work on the core components of our product, including:

Pixel-perfect screen sharing: Capture, encoding, transport, and rendering.
One-click calling: Utilizing WebRTC.
Interaction: Drawing and remote control features.
Privacy: App masking and encryption.
Performance: Optimizing for low latency.

Requirements

Deep native macOS or iOS experience using Swift.
A strong feel for UX and pixel-perfect UI.
Ability to own large parts of a product within a small team.
Location: Must be based in Europe to ensure real-time overlap for pairing.
Bonus: Experience with Rails (the Swift app communicates with a Rails backend).
