We are a tutoring and college preparation company currently expanding our team. We are hiring for two roles: Tutors and College Mentors.

Roles and Responsibilities
Tutors
- Provide tutoring in their subject areas.
College Mentors
- Guide students on academics, extracurriculars, and positioning for competitive schools.
Requirements
Tutors
- Current college students
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
- Strong academic foundation in their subject areas
College Mentors
- Students or recent graduates from top 20–30 universities (strongly preferred)
- Deep familiarity with the college admissions process
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
Compensation
Tutors
- Pay: $18–$20/hour (flat rate)
College Mentors
- Pay: $30–$40/hour (flat rate)
