About the Role
We are a small AI/UGC ad agency based in Toronto, working primarily with e-commerce brands and local businesses. We're experiencing a high volume of requests for AI-generated content and ads, exceeding our current team's capacity. To address this, we're building a Discord community of AI creators to handle smaller jobs.
Responsibilities
- Create AI-generated content based on briefs.
- Produce various types of content, including:
- AI UGC-style ads
- Product / lifestyle short-form videos
- AI spokesperson clips
- Before/after transformations
- Local business ad creatives
- Reels/TikTok ad cuts
- Meet deadlines.
- Continuously improve skills and the quality of work.
- Participate in a community focused on sharing workflows, prompt structures, and current trends.
Requirements
- Ability to follow a brief.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- A desire to improve skills over time.
- No large portfolio or following is required.
