We are looking for a DevOps Expert specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to work on the automation, quality, and stability of the platform's solutions lifecycle, from development to production.
This professional will play a key role in implementing good DevOps, security, and governance practices, ensuring efficient, traceable processes aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Structure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics solutions (customizations, plugins, flows, and managed solutions).
- Automate deploys between environments (Development, Homologation, and Production).
- Manage CRM solution versioning and release control.
- Integrate CRM with monitoring, logs, and alerts tools.
- Ensure DevSecOps practices, incorporating security throughout the pipeline.
- Support rollback, hotfix, and incident management processes.
- Work with architects to ensure technical and operational standards.
- Act on environment standardization and infrastructure automation, when applicable.
Requirements
- Experience with DevOps applied to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, and Boards).
- Experience with Power Platform CLI and CRM solution automation.
- Mastery of version control (Git).
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability.
- Understanding of security, environment segregation, and auditing.
