About the Role
We are a boutique B2B advertising agency looking for a hungry, detail-oriented Media Buyer to help run and optimize campaigns for our growing client list. You’ll be working directly under an ads expert, making this a high-growth opportunity for someone who wants to master the craft.
Details
- Compensation: $40,000 – $50,000 USD (DOE) with a salary re-evaluation after 3 months.
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
- Location: 100% Remote.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit Ads.
- Optimization: Perform search term reviews, placement audits, and keyword research multiple times a week.
- Creative Oversight: Write conversion-optimized ad copy and collaborate with our designers to request/feedback on landing pages and ad creatives.
- Analytics: Monitor performance metrics, manage monthly budgets, and translate data into actionable reports.
Requirements
- Google Ads Expert: 1–2+ years of experience (Required).
- B2B Background: Proven experience navigating the B2B sales cycle.
- Platform Diversity: 1+ years experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, or other social ad platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and how to optimize them.
