About the Role
Our company works with hospitals to help recruit patients for clinical trials. We automate initial calls and texts to patients who may qualify for a study. Because this outreach involves thousands of patients, we need someone to take over those conversations and handle follow-ups for those who prefer to speak with a person.
Responsibilities
- Speaking with patients over the phone and via text.
- Keeping track of conversations.
- Passing questions to the hospital’s study team when needed.
Requirements
- Location: Must be US-based.
- Communication: Must communicate clearly, be patient, and be empathetic.
- Comfort: Must be comfortable spending a good part of the day talking to people.
Details
- Commitment: Full-time
- Work Arrangement: Remote
- Schedule: 9am-5pm CST
- Compensation: $15/hr or the applicable minimum wage (whichever is higher)
