Requirements
- Practical experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign or others;
- Great interpersonal relationship;
- Analytical profile, with data-driven decision making;
- High ability to organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Mastery of test analysis, based on statistical relevance;
- Good writing and notions of CRO for email, push, whatsapp and sms;
- Pro-activity for the suggestion of improvements in day-to-day processes and new actions to achieve results;
Differential
- Have worked in fintechs or companies in the financial market - and e-commerces or retail companies;
- Differential - Experience with the Customer.io Platform: Automation, Data, Content Creation.
Responsibilities
- Articulate with stakeholders for understanding and prioritization of demands;
- Prepare a briefing for the creation and validation of communications;
- Implement the strategy in the sending tool;
- Organize tests to validate hypotheses;
- Manage the backlog and prioritize tasks;
- Analyze the results and suggest improvements based on the data;
- Set up campaign mechanics;
- Meet the seasonal campaign calendar;
- Write specific communications.
