The Role:

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer cum Social Media Handler who is as comfortable designing complex product packaging. You will be the visual and digital voice of our brand, ensuring our mission resonates with farmers, investors, and consumers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design & Branding - Develop high-impact visual identities and logos for new sub-brands and initiatives. Physical packaging materials that meet industry standards while standing out on the shelf.
• Design - Create marketing collateral, including brochures, pitch decks, and digital banners.
• Media Management - Maintain a robust and consistent presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) etc.
  • Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches and agricultural seasons.
  • Engage with our community, monitor trends in the Agritech space, and grow our organic reach.
  • Travel to local warehouses, mandis, shops for branding and promotion designs as and when required.

Who You Are:

Experienced: You have 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (bonus points if you’ve worked in the Agri or Tech sectors).

• Technical: Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media management tools.
• Versatile: You can switch gears from "technical packaging specs" to "playful Instagram Reel" without breaking a sweat.
• Strategic: You don’t just post; you understand how to use different platforms to achieve specific business goals.

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing logo design and packaging work.
• Proven track record of managing professional social media accounts with measurable growth.
• Excellent command of Hindi and English.
