Senior Software Engineer
Focus: Scalable backend systems, APIs, distributed services, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, observability.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship high-performance services
- Own architecture decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product/AI
Requirements
- ~5+ years in software engineering (Python/Java/Go/Node)
- Cloud infrastructure experience
- Strong fundamentals in systems & APIs
Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Focus: NLP/speech models, real-time inference, production ML (PyTorch/TensorFlow), monitoring & optimization.
Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and iterate on ML models for conversational understanding and speech intelligence
Requirements
- ~4+ years in ML/NLP
- Experience with production deployments
- Strong Python skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
