About the Role
We are seeking a virtual / personal assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in North America, but applicants from other locations who can consistently work during EST hours are also welcome. We are looking to hire 2-3 people as our business operates 7 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Ticket / Email Management (using LiveAgent)
- Specialized, repetitive tasks (e.g., taking sign-ups/registrations and entering them into our modules)
- Customer Support
- Managing Calendar / Scheduling
- Flexible and able to learn new things.
Requirements
- Fluent English (accent is acceptable, but broken English is not). Bonus if you can speak/write French or Arabic.
- Punctual and responsible.
- Able to manage yourself well once tasks are assigned.
Bonus Skills
- Graphic Design (for email marketing campaigns)
- Automation Skills (experience with automation projects)
Compensation
- $15/hour
- Potential for wage increases based on performance.
