We're looking for an experienced Reddit marketer who understands how to grow brands organically on Reddit without getting banned or downvoted into oblivion.
About the Role
We need help with:
- Identifying relevant subreddits for our niche
- Creating Reddit-native posts and comments (non-spammy, value-first)
- Account strategy (karma, warming, posting cadence)
- Driving leads / traffic / brand awareness through organic Reddit activity
- (Optional) Reddit Ads experience is a plus
Requirements
- Proven experience marketing on Reddit
- Deep understanding of subreddit rules & culture
- Knows how to avoid shadowbans and account nukes
- Can show examples of subreddits, posts, or accounts you’ve worked on
- Comfortable explaining why a strategy works, not just what to do
