About Us
We are a self-funded, independent AI research lab based in Zurich. We keep our team small and focused. Our current research interests include:
- ARC-AGI
- LLM/RL reasoning
- Quantization
- LLM post-training and pre-training (led by ex-engineers from the swissAI Apertus team)
- Competitive data science (our team includes the #3 and #12 ranked Kaggle competitors globally)
Our Roadmap
Our goal is to catch up with current LLM capabilities, own the full stack, and conduct independent research to push efficiency and discover new paradigms. We expect our new cluster (2x NVL GB300) to be operational by the end of the month.
Long-term, we intend to pivot toward AI alignment and safety research, as we believe this is the most critical area once AI capabilities reach a high enough threshold.
Requirements
We are looking for driven individuals who believe in making significant contributions to both AI capabilities and safety. Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience in pre-training and post-training LLMs.
- Experience with related AI infrastructure.
