Requirements

Active involvement in crypto (familiar with market trends, projects, and community culture)
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on community building and engagement
Strong understanding of organic promotion strategies across platforms like Reddit, Twitter/X, Telegram, and Discord
Experience running paid ads (Google, Meta, Twitter/X, Telegram, or crypto-specific ad networks)
Ability to create and execute content strategies that drive engagement and conversions
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving

Responsibilities

Build and grow online communities (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Twitter/X) through organic engagement strategies
Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns to acquire and retain users
Develop and implement content strategies across multiple platforms
Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to optimize growth and ad performance
Stay up to date with crypto trends to keep marketing strategies fresh and relevant
