Hi all, I'm looking for 2-3 people to help grow my subreddit focused on high-quality leather craftsmanship.
**Scope of Work:**
- Start organic discussions related to leather goods, handcrafting, tooling, leather care, etc.
- Reply to comments and keep conversations going
- Share your own experiences, projects, questions, or resources about leather craft
- Help welcome new members and keep the community vibe friendly
**Compensation & Details:**
- Rate: $17 USD/hour based on experience + activity level
- Time: Fully flexible, ~3-10 hours/week. Asynchronous
- Payment: PayPal weekly, on invoice
- IP: You retain ownership of all content you create. No scripts, no copy-paste. Post in your own voice about topics you actually enjoy
**Requirements:**
- Established Reddit account: 90+ days old, 200+ comment karma minimum
- Genuine interest in leather craft, handmade goods, or EDC
- No bots, alts, or vote manipulation. Real human engagement only
- Must be able to invoice
This is a legitimate community building role. Goal is to make the subreddit more active and helpful for leather craft enthusiasts.
