About the Role
Your job is to help customers get unstuck and feel confident using Simplero.
Responsibilities
- Respond to help requests through support tickets, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues.
- Record short screen-share videos to explain things clearly and simply when needed.
- Guide customers through setting up parts of their business, such as landing pages, email lists, and automations.
- Help customers understand how the pieces work together.
- Lead live group and 1:1 support calls to walk our members through setup & questions directly.
- Work closely with our product and customer success teams to share feedback, improve our documentation, and help make Simplero better for everyone.
- Bring patience, clarity, and a friendly tone, even when someone is frustrated or overwhelmed.
