About the Role
Lead end-to-end delivery on strategic client projects in Foundry/AIP.
Responsibilities
- Build production workflows from data integration to decision tools
- Partner with stakeholders (CxOs, product leads, data teams) to unlock value
- Lead engineering teams; help shape our delivery model and engineering culture
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP
- Strong software fundamentals (Python, Spark, TypeScript)
- Deep understanding of data modeling, ontologies, operational workflows
- Ability to lead in complex client environments; consulting mindset
Bonus Points
- Financial services experience
- Products/tools built on Foundry/AIP
- Prior Palantir or boutique consultancy experience
