Requirements
We have different projects for Java & React Developers from various locations.
General Requirements:
- 4+ years of commercial software development experience.
- 3+ years of commercial experience with React (required).
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Java (required).
Urgent Project Requirements (European Developers):
- 8+ years of commercial software development experience.
- 4+ years of commercial experience with React (required).
- 8+ years of commercial experience with Java (required).
- 4+ years of commercial experience with Spring (required).
Other Requirements:
- Strong Technical Skills: As a Senior Engineer, you are expected to be able to create projects from scratch and have a deep understanding of application architecture.
- Communication: Advanced English skills are required to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, and communicate issues. Good self-presentation is essential for client calls.
- Self-Organization: Ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision.
- Reliability: We expect you to be dependable and committed to the client.
- Adaptability: Ability to onboard promptly after accepting a project and start delivering results quickly.
