Responsibilities
Your Mission:
- Accept and, if possible, resolve incoming calls.
- Professional and service-oriented communication with customers.
- Recording and documentation of customer concerns in the CRM system.
- Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Your Profile:
- You meet the requirements to work as a freelancer.
- You have at least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Your place of work/residence is in the EU abroad or you will be emigrating soon.
- You have very good German language skills (C1/C2 demonstrable).
- Independent working style and high reliability.
- You have a workplace that is not visible to third parties.
- You have a desk, an office chair, and the required hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset).
- You have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s (via cable).
