Job Title: Designer for Instagram Carousels (Commission-Based)

About the Role

We are seeking one or two designers to create clean, legible Instagram carousels for an anonymous Instagram page that publishes market analysis for founders and operators. The content is already written, and the system is built. This is execution inside a fixed system, not exploratory work.

Responsibilities

Turn 21 scripts per week into 21 carousels.
Complete one batch of carousels per week.
Follow a consistent process each week.
Design in black & white, using Helvetica only, image-led, with no visual noise.

Compensation

This role is commission-based to start.

15% revenue share on Market’s Eye client work pay.
Clients typically transact in the $5k–$10k+ USD range.
Payment is tied to outcomes, not time.

After proving your ability to consistently complete work over 2-3 weeks, a position with a fixed monthly salary of $3,000 USD will be offered.

This is a part-time position, estimated to take 6-7 hours per week. Commission pay is provided during onboarding.
