About the Role

We are hiring an experienced primary market / qualitative research professional for a one-off consulting call about how your organization runs audio recording and transcription across projects.

Location: Remote (worldwide, subject to payment feasibility)

Engagement: One-off, 60-minute expert advisory call (with optional short follow-up)

Compensation: Fixed honorarium per completed call (amount depends on seniority/experience; confirmed before scheduling)

What You'll Do

During the call, you will:

Map a typical PMR / qual project workflow (brief → recruitment → interviews → recording → transcription → QA → deliverables/archiving)
Discuss where transcription creates friction (delay, cost, quality, compliance risk) and how you work around it
Share how vendors/tools are evaluated and how transcription costs are packaged commercially

Requirements

~5+ years in primary market / qualitative research (agency, boutique, or in-house insight team)
Direct responsibility for recording and transcription workflows (including vendor/tool selection or evaluation)
Experience with B2B or finance/professional audiences is a plus
Able to speak at a general, high-level without sharing confidential client information or internal documents

This is NOT a long-term job; it’s a focused, one-off consulting engagement.
