About the Role
Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) supports over 6,000 companies worldwide with a team of 10,000+ employees. We help customers accelerate innovation and maximize their investment in Oracle technology.
As part of the Customer Success Services organization, you will deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, acting as an advocate for their needs. This involves resolving non-technical and technical inquiries, providing advice, and assisting internal Oracle employees.

Requirements
- 12+ years of demonstrated ability with SCM solutions and 3+ years with Oracle SCM Cloud implementations/support.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven professional/technical experience with an understanding of Applications at a functional and technical level (preferably Oracle).
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
As a Lead Techno-Functional Analyst for Oracle SCM Cloud, you will:
- Be the "proactive" technical support, business solution implementation, and risk manager to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Create/contribute to automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues.
- Be the technical support expert in Oracle product usage in complex, open systems implementation environments.
- Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the innovation of technology.
The discretionary job title is Sr. Tech Manager, Global SaaS & Apps Delivery, but the role is for a functional person.

Compensation
US:
- Hiring Range in USD: $46.30 to $95.91 per hour; $96,300 to $199,500 per annum.
- May be eligible for equity.

- Paid time off:
- Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
