About the Role

You will be responsible for their performance marketing channels end-to-end and optimize them strategically and operationally to drive sustainable growth, with a direct impact on their self-service motion and strong support for the sales motion.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and operational implementation of their online and performance campaigns across multiple channels
  • Development and implementation of campaigns & ads with sales psychological approaches
  • Ongoing performance analyses, clean tracking, derivation of learnings, and consistent optimization
  • Independent development, management, and control of your KPIs along the entire funnel
  • Results-oriented work with clear analyses and conceptual approaches to derive data-driven decisions
  • Full responsibility for one of the highest budgets in the company, including planning, monitoring, and re-allocation
  • Close collaboration with design (internal & external), content, inbound, and sales with a clear focus on actively challenging creative performance
  • Proactive introduction of new ideas, channels, creatives, target groups (e.g., outbound lists), and tests to increase performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of solid experience in Performance Marketing
  • A clear passion for increasing CVR, lowering CpX, and scaling the deal pipeline
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Open to testing new Ad Networks like LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc., challenging existing setups, and transferring your performance marketing know-how to new channels
  • Analytical and conceptual strength and consistently align creative ideas and decisions with data and goal achievement
  • Very good communication skills
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form. Due to the fact that the majority of their customers come from the DACH region, they cannot consider applications without fluent German skills for this position.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Business Manager
  • Experience in performance marketing in an agency or an IT/Software/SaaS company
  • Affinity for social media, online, and B2B marketing
  • Experience with HubSpot Ads & Lists, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Sheets
  • Experience with agile and project-based work

Our Stack/How We Work

  • You will work closely with their entire marketing team (6 people). They are open, direct, helpful, and ambitious.
  • Their collaboration is predominantly remote. They coordinate in weekly meetings in the team and work on daily tasks and projects. Small coordination usually takes place in Slack, more extensive topics are discussed in video calls. Brainstorming sessions or workshops are held remotely or in person at the office.
  • Some team members like to work regularly from the office, depending on the location and personal preference, you also have the opportunity to coordinate regularly with the team on site.
  • In performance marketing work, you primarily rely on their ad networks, HubSpot, and Figma and the Motion App for analyzing and evaluating creative performance.
  • Common tools include Notion, Slack, Linear, Google Suite, Figma, Veed.io, CapCut, and others. Depending on the need, special tools are used for each area.
