Full Violence is a Sacramento-based MMA streetwear brand that blends fight culture with streetwear. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Designer to join our team.
This is a part-time position that is fully remote, with the option to work onsite if you are located in the Sacramento area.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both fashion design and product development with an emerging brand.
About the Role
What You'll Do:
- Manage timelines and keep product launches on track
- Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, and vendors
- Oversee files, revisions, and final approvals
- Organize assets for print, digital, and marketing
- Ensure smooth communication across the team
- Assist in creating and refining apparel graphics, accessories, and promotional materials
- Support the design team with revisions and production files
- Collaborate on new product concepts
Requirements

- Strong communicator who can manage moving parts
- Comfortable with creative and production workflows

Compensation
Compensation can start at $17/HR, but is negotiable and can be higher depending on your experience and past projects.
