The Role (Monthly)
- Edit and post 90 TikToks (3–5/day) on our brand account using our assets/templates.
- Mix formats: product demos, “Road to 150 WPM” challenge arc, study/desk POVs, keyboard ASMR, product comparisons, and innovative brand-promotion ideas.
- Write captions/hashtags aimed at Gen-Z audiences (college, productivity, typing niches).
- Optional but helpful: experience filming yourself (on-camera or VO).
Communication
- Mainly Discord chats, plus occasional intro/check-in calls.
Trial (1 week)
- $135 for 20 posts (we provide assets + hooks). Strong trial = eligibility for monthly retainer + bonuses.
Compensation
- Starting retainer: $500/mo (subject to change based on output and results).
- Bonuses/raises for standout performance and viewership growth — we’re a startup and reward work ethic and outcomes.
- Payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Crypto.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Age 16–25.
- Active Discord user.
- Prior experience filming/editing/recording short-form content.
- Familiar with Gen-Z humor, trending sounds, and TikTok best practices.
- Can keep a reliable 3–5 posts/day cadence.
Nice-to-Have
- Interest in AI or prior use of Monkeytype.
- Comfort on-camera (or strong VO).
