About Akkio
Akkio builds the AI platform used by the world's largest media agencies (such as Havas and Horizon Media) to run campaign workflows in production, including audience building, media planning, measurement, and campaign analysis. We utilize agentic workflows alongside traditional ML, deployed on-premises inside agency cloud environments, directly on top of their data.
We are a team of approximately 50 people, past product-market fit, well-funded, and growing revenue quickly.
Our Engineering Culture
We build agentically by default. Every engineer directs coding agents daily, and we are actively rebuilding our SDLC around that approach. We operate with a flat structure, meaning "senior" roles are defined by ownership rather than management layers.
Open Roles
We are currently hiring for three senior-level positions. All roles offer a salary range of $160k–$240k + equity.

Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE)
- Tech Stack: Python, TypeScript, true generalist.
- Focus: You will embed with agencies whose systems steer billions in media spend. You will build whatever the problem requires, including integrations, agent workflows, and backend services. What you build in the field becomes product.
- Note: This role requires regular travel.

Full-Stack (Web)
- Tech Stack: Vue.js, TypeScript, Node.js.
- Focus: You have experience running projects, guiding architecture, and managing framework upgrades and large refactors. You care deeply about the experience analysts live in every day.

Backend
- Tech Stack: Python.
- Focus: You have experience in at least two of the following: LLM systems and code generation, statistics, traditional AI/ML, large-scale data processing, or distributed systems.
