About the Company
We build Listadum, an all-in-one toolkit for Etsy sellers. We have over 10,000 active users. We are a two-founder team, three years in, fully bootstrapped, and have no investors. We are a very small team that remains deeply involved in all aspects of the business, including customer support.
We have grown primarily through SEO and word of mouth, and have barely touched social media, video, community, or events. We are hiring our first growth person to help us expand into these areas. This is an entry-level role designed as a growth opportunity; while the founders will remain the face of the company (recording videos and hosting webinars), you will be the person who makes the content and community machine run, with the goal of eventually owning these functions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Research: Identifying topics, trends, and questions that our sellers actually care about.
- Content Distribution: Turning our creations into a steady stream of content across Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and testing new platforms like TikTok and Reddit.
- Community Management: Helping us build and run a community for our sellers.
- Event Support: Keeping our live events running smoothly while we host.
- Growth Expansion: Over time, you will take on newsletters, customer case studies, ad creative, and more.
Who We’re After
- Ambitious: You are early in your career, hungry, and looking for a real shot at growing into a role where you run a significant part of a business.
- Platform Native: You already live on these platforms; we should never have to explain what a Reel or a subreddit is.
- Proven Initiative: You have taken at least one thing of your own from zero to finished (e.g., a shop, a page, a side project, or a community).
- Self-Starter: You get things done without being chased. We are a tiny team and do not micromanage.
- Bonus: You run or have run an Etsy or online shop yourself.
Note: We care about your drive and how fast you learn, not your resume.
Compensation & Details
- Location: Fully remote (must have a few hours of overlap with US Pacific time).
- Employment Type: Employee or contractor, depending on your location.
- Pay: Starts at $2,500 – $3,500/month (depending on location and experience). This will climb as you take on and own more responsibilities.
