The HR Associate is responsible for supporting recruitment activities and related processes within the HR office.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage timely posting of job ads through external media and company website.
- Screen job applications and conduct entrance examinations.
- Schedule job interviews and conduct reference checks on candidates.
- Conduct HR orientations and facilitate office tours for new hires.
- Prepare initial job offers, subject to Management approval.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably from an IT or BPO industry.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in handling sensitive information and communicating effectively with both managerial and associate levels.
- Above-average English communication skills.
- Expert Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
