The HR Associate is responsible for supporting recruitment activities and related processes within the HR office.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage timely posting of job ads through external media and company website.
  • Screen job applications and conduct entrance examinations.
  • Schedule job interviews and conduct reference checks on candidates.
  • Conduct HR orientations and facilitate office tours for new hires.
  • Prepare initial job offers, subject to Management approval.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably from an IT or BPO industry.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in handling sensitive information and communicating effectively with both managerial and associate levels.
  • Above-average English communication skills.
  • Expert Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
