Our Agency is searching for EXPERIENCED FILLIPINO VA's who are very experienced at working with models. This is a no-exception rule.
Our agency works with some high level models with a large social media presence and we are searching for VA's with the most model- facing experience to work for our agency.
This is a Brand new expansion into VA services for our Agency with our models. This means that the hardest workers and best performers will have huge progression opportunities with this expansion. You will have the opportunity one day to potentially manage the entire VA Division!
The requirements:
- Experience as a social media manager and advisor
- strong Experience with managing model accounts on social media
- You also need a strong track record of growing model social media accounts on their behalf
- You will be self sufficient and effective in your work and organisation skills
- You need to be a hard working individual who's entire professional life will be dedicated to building out and managing multiple social media accounts for these models with their content
- You need very strong experience with Instagram, X and other alternate social media's like reddit and TikTok
The Job itself:
- You are a VA but also a social media advisor to the model.
- You will be an employee of the agency and answer to both the founders and the model which you are assigned to.
- You will have daily contact with your assigned model who will train you on how they want their content captioned, posted and managed
- the model will purchase a monthly VA package from the agency and depending on which package, that will determine how many accounts you will need to post to daily. The packages starts from 4 accounts on X and 1 on reddit and increases from there
- You will answer comments and DM's on all of these accounts, using the same tone of the model, as well as posting on each accounts once per day
- You will keep up to date with the current trends on social media's and will make suggestions where necessary to the model to help scale the social media pages quickly!
- You will be part of the chatter community for the model's explicit content pages and will inform them when you have managed to convert a fan sending a dm on X, to a subscriber of their exclusive page. You will inform the chatting team of this and pass them all info so that they can begin work on
