About the Role
I am looking for 2-3 people to help grow a subreddit focused on high-quality leather craftsmanship. This is a legitimate community-building role with the goal of making the subreddit more active and helpful for leather craft enthusiasts.
Scope of Work
- Start organic discussions related to leather goods, handcrafting, tooling, leather care, etc.
- Reply to comments and keep conversations going.
- Share your own experiences, projects, questions, or resources about leather craft.
- Help welcome new members and keep the community vibe friendly.
Compensation & Details
- Rate: $5–$15 USD/hour based on experience and activity. Alternatively, $1–$2 per quality post/comment.
- Time: Fully flexible, ~3–10 hours/week. Asynchronous.
- Payment: PayPal weekly, on invoice.
- IP: You retain ownership of all content you create.
- Note: No scripts or copy-pasting. Post in your own voice about topics you actually enjoy.
Requirements
- Account Status: Established Reddit account (90+ days old, 200+ comment karma minimum).
- Interest: Genuine interest in leather craft, handmade goods, or EDC.
- Integrity: No bots, alts, or vote manipulation. Real human engagement only.
- Administrative: Must be able to invoice.
