About the Role

We are hiring remote Software Developers to help train next-generation AI systems. This is a contract position with 100 openings available.

Compensation

Rate: $60–$110/hr

Requirements

We are looking for developers with 1+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

Python
Rust
Go
Java
Node.js
Full-stack development
Android
iOS

Note: No prior AI experience is required.

Responsibilities

The work focuses on applying real software engineering judgment, including:

Writing and reviewing code
Debugging
Reasoning through technical problems
Helping improve how AI systems handle software development tasks

The Interview Process

The AI interview is a key part of the process. It is designed to evaluate how you think, explain, prioritize, and handle ambiguity, rather than just checking if you can code.

Before taking the interview, be prepared to clearly explain:

How you approach debugging an unfamiliar issue
How you reason through tradeoffs (not just final answers)
How you structure clean, maintainable code
How you evaluate edge cases and failure scenarios
How you communicate technical decisions clearly
Examples from real projects where you fixed bugs, improved performance, or made architecture decisions
