Job Title: Recruiter / Headhunter / HR Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a remote headhunter for a long-term position to handle all future recruitment needs for our company. This is a role with the potential to last for years.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

Sourcing candidates
Checking past experience and skills to ensure candidates meet role requirements
Conducting short calls with candidates to ask further questions
Organizing paid competency tests for candidates before onboarding

Your primary goal is to provide us with candidates who possess the correct skills and are a good fit for the role, minimizing the need for repeated hiring and firing. You are welcome to adapt our existing hiring procedure.

Requirements

Ability to handle the full recruitment process from start to finish
Experience in sourcing and headhunting candidates
Ability to assess candidates' past skills and experience
Experience conducting interviews
Ability to organize competency tests

Compensation

$50+ per hour
