Senior IT Program Manager – Data & Analytics (Remote US)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to lead a complex, global data and analytics program supporting an M&A integration/separation initiative. This role will drive delivery across data platforms, BI, master data, infrastructure, security, and reporting, with a strong focus on critical-path milestones and executive commitments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience, including 4+ years leading data platform, BI, or analytics programs within a large global enterprise.
- Hands-on experience delivering an M&A integration, carve-out, or separation, including Day 1 dependencies and TSA-related constraints.
- Proven experience delivering large, multi-team, multi-region technology programs against fixed business deadlines.
- Strong technical fluency across cloud data platforms, Snowflake and/or Databricks, BI, data pipelines, master data management, and data governance.
- Direct experience with master data and hierarchy harmonization across systems or organizations.
- Working knowledge of SOX/GxP controls, security, and IAM review processes.
- Strong executive presence, with experience presenting to VP/C-level stakeholders and driving decisions across competing regional teams.
- Excellent program management, organization, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and tools such as Smartsheet or Jira.
- Experience creating executive scorecards, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, dashboards, and status reports.
Preferred Skills
- CPG or manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience with sales, market share, eCommerce POS, supply chain finance, spend analytics, or capital planning reporting.
- Previous experience within an IMO, PMO, or SPMO environment.
- Exposure to SAP ECC/S/4 from an analytics or reporting perspective.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
Performance Objectives
- Lead the program from mobilization through Wave 1 release, including infrastructure, security, data platform, master data, reporting, testing, and deployment.
- Establish and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, critical path, and delivery baseline.
- Manage report migration readiness through data validation, reconciliation, testing, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
- Drive dependencies across Cloud Infrastructure, Network, DevOps, Cyber, Legal, Compliance, and ERP teams.
- Lead KPI definitions and master data/hierarchy mapping decisions across organizations.
- Manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies, assumptions, decisions, and scope changes.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and SMEs while driving accountability without direct authority.
- Prepare clear, executive-ready status reports, dashboards, scorecards, and decision materials.
- Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and develop recovery plans when milestones are at risk.
- Establish a reliable program operating cadence and maintain a single source of truth for program documentation.
- Within the first 30 days, baseline the plan, confirm scope and milestones, establish governance, validate ownership, and identify critical-path risks.
