About the Team
I am the hiring manager. Our team is responsible for several high-impact product areas within Grafana:
- Grafana Assistant: A highly practical AI assistant that helps users across the entire Grafana ecosystem, including OSS.
- Investigations: Background agents designed for automated issue investigation.
- Grafana Cloud CLI (GCX): A comprehensive CLI covering the surface of Grafana Cloud/OSS APIs; integrates seamlessly with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and the Assistant.
- AI Observability: Tools to help you build useful agents, monitor their performance, evaluate them, and improve their behavior.
- O11y Bench: A platform to compare agent performance across a range of observability and SRE tasks.
The Opportunity
Our pace of development and innovation is RAPID. For example, our AI Observability product went from a winning hackathon project to public preview in just 6 weeks.
We are at the cutting edge of the industry, experimenting with:
- Autonomous (but safe) SREs.
- An agentic platform.
- Improving agentic developer experience with observability insights.
- Fine-tuned LLMs for specific tasks, and more.

- Experience: You have previously built and operated systems at scale.
