Virtual Assistant (Admin + Customer Support) - Midwest Home Service Company

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to support daily operations for a growing home service (landscaping) business based in Wisconsin.

This role requires someone who understands how Midwest home service companies operate (lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, etc.) and can communicate clearly with customers in that environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Communication

  • Answer inbound calls (VoIP)
  • Respond to emails and texts
  • Schedule and reschedule services
  • Handle basic customer questions

CRM + Operations

  • Manage CRM (quotes, jobs, notes, follow-ups)
  • Keep customer data organized and up to date
  • Track jobs and ensure nothing gets missed
  • Assist with scheduling and routing

Admin + Emailing

  • Send estimates, invoices, and service updates
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices
  • Send service notifications and reminders

Marketing Support

  • Send review requests
  • Assist with email campaigns
  • Light Canva/social support if needed

Requirements

  • Experience working with a Midwest home service business (landscaping, lawn care, snow, etc.)
  • Strong English (written and phone)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Fast response time
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple systems
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace
