About the Role
Deine Mission (Your Mission)
- Develop and improve dashboards and reporting for standardized monitoring of webshop performance
- Support our Product Management with insights from analyses and testing around onsite user behavior and web tracking
- Take care of the appropriate setup, valid application and evaluation of the data, and the further development of the area
- Ensure structured, critical analyses of the shops, shop elements, the funnel, and technical performance
- Develop hypotheses with the stakeholders (Onsite Products & Marketing), design & conduct appropriate tests, and evaluate them
- Develop our PowerBI reporting landscape together with another analyst and a Data Engineer
- Standardize and optimize the processes of your own area and share your knowledge with your colleagues
Requirements

- Your passion is to optimize products in a data-driven way
- You have experience in product development through reporting, analytics & insights, ideally in re- or e-commerce
- You have already gained experience with conversion funnel analysis (ideally in webshops)
- You have very good knowledge of SQL and BigQuery (query and transformation)
- You also excel in a sound know-how in dealing with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- You proactively clarify ambiguities in Jira tickets to ensure that not only the ticket is closed, but also the internal customer is satisfied.
- You are a team player, inquisitive, and have the motivation to further develop your area within the company
- Plus: You have knowledge in the preparation, execution, and evaluation of statistical tests (especially A/B tests)
- Plus: Knowledge in R or Python
