About the Role
You’ll work on:
- Building and fine-tuning LLMs for information extraction and reasoning over text.
- Designing data pipelines for high-signal training data.
- Experimenting with prompting, retrieval, and structured generation techniques.
- Deploying ML in production with measurable business outcomes.
Our stack: Python, PyTorch, Transformers, Accelerate, PEFT, Streamlit.
Ideal Background
- Strong ML fundamentals (transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning).
- Experience demonstrating serious research either in academia (through PhD) or industry research roles.
- Solid coding ability and curiosity for how ML meets business problems.
