Senior Analyst (Remote) - Tech Industrial Policy & Geopolitical Strategy
Compensation: $1000 - $1200 (weekly)
About the Role
We are seeking a part-time Policy Research Consultant specializing in industrial policy, technology policy, and geopolitical analysis to study the market impacts of government-led strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze economic and sectoral impacts of policy changes (e.g., export controls, FDI screening, R&D funding) and draft strategic reports.
- Research global technology policy trends (e.g., data privacy, AI regulation, semiconductor supply chains).
- Evaluate geopolitical impacts on the tech industry and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Degree in Public Policy, Economics, International Relations, or related fields.
- Experience in policy research or macroeconomic consulting.
- Familiarity with industrial policy tools and technology governance.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
