About the Role
We are a DPIIT-certified startup looking for a developer to join our team. You will be working directly in an in-person startup environment alongside the founding team. We are looking for someone with a "builder mindset" and a co-founder kind of attitude who can take a problem, think about it, build a solution, and take it to the finish line.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and full-stack development.
- Experience: Proven experience building and shipping products end-to-end (projects, websites, apps, etc.).
- Frontend: Experience with frontend development, including UI/UX.
- System Design: Understanding of system design and how larger systems are structured is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Ability to figure things out independently, take ownership, and get things done.
- Expectations: We are not looking for someone who needs to be taught from scratch.
Role Details
- Location: Seshadripuram, Bangalore
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, in-person
- Compensation: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month
- Duration: 3 to 6 months (role duration may vary based on performance)
- Time Off: You are entitled to one week off (Monday to Friday)
