About the Role
We are seeking a senior full-stack engineer to take technical ownership of a rapidly growing product. You will be working on an HR/coding evaluation platform used by hundreds of companies in Latin America. This is a profitable and growing SaaS product.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Senior React & PHP developer
- Fluent with AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)
- Startup/SaaS experience or experience shipping your own products

- Remote, full-time position
- 3 short meetings per week
