What You’ll Do
- Manage daily Shopify (or WooCommerce) operations — product listings, updates, CRO improvements
- Coordinate with SEO & marketing teams — ensure tasks and weekly reports are completed
- Work with our website developer to optimize homepage, product & collection pages + improve mobile UX
- Assist with occasional recruitment tasks and candidate communication
- Monitor competitors and share improvement suggestions
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Shopify (preferred) or WooCommerce backend
- Basic understanding of CRO and SEO
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive
- Strong communication skills and passion for learning/growing in e-commerce
- Open to candidates with less experience if driven and willing to learn
Compensation
- $1,500 – $2,000 USD/month, depending on experience
- Monthly performance bonuses — potential to earn $3,000 – $4,000+ USD/month
- Fully remote + fast career progression
